Collection: BETWEEN TWO HORIZONS
This series bridges my journey from Kazakhstan to Canada. Rooted in the symbols of Tengrism and animism—spiritual traditions of the Central Asian steppe—each work carries echoes of my homeland’s vast skies, sacred animals, and ancient myths and legends. Here, those symbols meet the untamed beauty of North America’s wildlife. The deer, both a messenger and a guardian, becomes a vessel where two landscapes, two histories, and two visions of nature converge. These works are a personal map of belonging, where the past and present share the same horizon.
